We have an initial consultation to understand your budget, area of interest and most importantly for you to meet us. We need to ensure that we truly understand what it is you are looking for and what would work best for you.
If you decide to go ahead, we will set up a detailed consultation to understand your full requirements.
Property Search on your behalf
With the brief and your requirements in our hands, we will start viewing on and off the market properties on your behalf using our years of experience and contacts.
We will save you time and hassle by filtering out properties which might look good online, but on closer inspection, clearly don't meet your criteria. In addition, our relationships with local agents enables us to have access to properties before they come to the market.
Shortlist
Presenting you with a short-list of properties, which meet your brief and provide you with all the essential information about the properties on the short-list (value, location, schools if required, transport, timing and all other essential factors). Should a property be of interest we can either arrange an in person or via video viewing, depending on your preference and availability.
